Body recomposition means working toward two outcomes at once: building or preserving lean muscle while reducing body fat. That requires a coordinated approach to nutrition, resistance training, recovery, and how you measure progress.
Building and preserving muscle can change how you look and feel today while helping you build a stronger, more capable body for the years ahead.
Stronger Than the Scale brings those pieces together in one structured 12-week system.
Chasing the scale
Second-guessing progress
Random workouts
Starting over
Tracking what matters
Measuring real progress
Training with purpose
Repeating a system that works
And it doesn't stop at week 12. Repeat the system and every 12 weeks becomes a new baseline — stronger than the last. No matter the season, the framework works.
I struggled with body recomposition for most of my life — mainly because I didn't understand it.
I've been on and off my fitness journey for more than half my life. I started with heavy cardio, because that's what I saw growing up, and I under-ate along the way. I knew how to be skinny. Not strong. When I finally started weight training, I never trained hard enough to challenge myself — light weights, a few trainers along the way, still not eating enough to actually support my body.
It wasn't until I completely shifted how I trained and how I ate that the change started to compound. And even then, I had to unlearn, relearn, and repeat that cycle more than once — especially whenever life got hard and consistency slipped.
Body recomposition — building muscle and losing fat at the same time — isn't complicated, but it is extremely challenging. It's also incredibly rewarding and worth every bit of the effort, even though it's not something a single number on a scale can ever show you.
Through all of that trial and error, I did the research, adopted what actually worked, and eventually, this workbook came to life. I know I'm not alone in this. It's fully comprehensive — everything in one place — because I built it after realizing how many women measure their progress by a single number. Strength, consistency, confidence, and capability deserve to be measured too.
I designed this workbook to give you a clear framework for doing the work, seeing your progress, and building on it—12 weeks at a time.
From your Day-One commitment to your final reflection — the education, the tracking, and the support to keep going.
Each section builds on the last, giving you a practical framework you can return to long after the twelve weeks are over.
Your targets. Your training. Your progress. Your week — all in one place.
Built specifically for body recomposition.
“As someone who has struggled with my weight for years, this workbook spoke to me in a way so many others haven't. It reminds you that progress is about so much more than the number on the scale. The prompts are thoughtful, practical, and encouraging, and I already know this will help me stay focused and accountable.”
